INSTRUCTOR
Joseph El-Achhab
Yoga/Fitness Instructor
Joe began his yoga journey in 2019 as a dedicated student and quickly deepened his practice by completing his 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training with the Awakening Yoga Academy. He is currently completing his 300-Hour Modular Teacher Training, with certification expected in June 2026.

Passionate about movement in all forms, Joe brings energy, intention, and creativity to every class. His teaching emphasizes mobility, strength, and intelligent progression—building a solid foundation before exploring inversions, arm balances, and dynamic transitions.

In addition to yoga, Joe leads Hot HIIT Pilates and Full Body Sculpt classes, delivering high-energy, strength-focused sessions that challenge endurance, coordination, and control. He also offers private weighted circuit training designed to build functional strength and confidence through structured, progressive programming—making it a powerful complement to any yoga practice.

Known for classes that are playful, challenging, and motivating, Joe creates a supportive environment where students feel encouraged to step outside their comfort zones, build confidence, and realize their potential.
When it comes to yoga his flows often maintain a steady, medium-to-fast pace, he thoughtfully adjusts tempo to refine technique and deepen awareness when needed.

Joe’s focus is simple: establish strength and accessibility first—then explore the fun, creative side of the practice with confidence and control.
