Joseph El-Achhab

Yoga/Fitness Instructor

Joe started his yoga journey as a student in 2019 and quickly continued his learning by completing the 200HR Yoga Teacher Training with the Awakening Yoga Academy.

Joe loves all things movement and is passionate about sharing his enthusiasm for yoga asana with his students. Mobility, inversions, arm balances and funky transitions are some of the things you'll love about Joe's classes.

Arriving with a positive outlook and an open mind, Joe has the ability to help you realize your potential and overcome your fears. Joe’s classes are playful, challenging, energetic and motivating! Some may say they are warm and welcoming.

Joe is currently in the process of his 300HR modular YTT with Awakening Yoga Academy.

 I like to keep things moving... medium to fast. Depending on the class I can slow things down.

FOCUS

​

 Mobility, strength and finding accessibility. All the fun inversions and arm balances come after that.
